I had to send back a item I bought from moyustore.com because I picked the wrong size. I thought the return would be a hassle, but it ended up being easy. I emailed them, they sent me the return details, and after I shipped it back, the refund came through in just a few days. No drama or anything. I’m really happy with the way they handled the whole thing.

I was expecting a little more for the price, honestly. The item itself was fine — nothing bad, but it just felt overpriced compared to similar stuff I’ve seen elsewhere. Not terrible!! I just don’t really feel like I got my money’s worth. I’d maybe pick it up again if it was on sale, but probably not at full price.

I gave moyustore.com 4 stars because they actually have a decent mix of products to choose from. I’m always a little nervous shopping on sites I’m not super familiar with because I don’t want to get fooled by fake deals or weird listings, but this felt easy enough to browse. I found a bunch of different items without needing to jump around to other websites. Some categories could definitely have more options, but overall I was able to find something I liked. Not perfect, but good enough for me...

got exactly what i ordered and nothing was missing. i took a minute to check it all, but everything ended up being correct.

The item itself was fine, but the box arrived dented. I get that things happen during shipping, but it was still disappointing to see, and I’d expect at least an apology for the condition it arrived in.

Moyustore.com was okay to use overall, but it felt a little clunky at times. Some pages took longer to load than I expected, and the menu wasn’t the easiest to navigate. I did find what I needed in the end, but the whole experience felt kind of impersonal, like I was just another ticket number rather than a customer...

I ran into some kind of issue with my account setup, can’t remember the exact details now, just that it was annoying at the time. I reached out to support and they walked me through what to do. Sure it was fixed within an hour or so. Either way, it’s working fine now, so I’m happy with how it turned out.

I ordered from moyustore.com the product is okay. It does what it’s supposed to do, but it doesn’t feel as sturdy as I thought it would. Some parts feel kinda cheap, which was a little disappointing. For the price, I guess it’s fine, but I wouldn’t say I’m super impressed.
